Why aren't my updates being posted to the website?
You may be experiencing cache issues. Your browser caches [or saves] website data to load pages faster.
To resolve this, you have to pinpoint your website browser by click Help at the top right, and clicking "About..."

Once you have identified your browser, use the following instructions

For Internet Explorer 8

  1. Left-click your "Safety" dropdown on the top right, then left-click "Delete Browsing History..."
  2. check the box "Temporary Internet files"
  3. Lastly hit Delete at the bottom
Close and open your browser to see your website anew.

For Internet Explorer 7

Firstly, it highly recommended you upgrade your browser. IE 7 has known security holes, compatibility issues and outdated website rendering.
  1. Left-click your "Tool" dropdown on the top right, then left-click "Delete Browsing History..."
  2. Left-click the button "Delete temporary Internet files"
  3. Lastly hit Close at the bottom
Close and open your browser to see your website anew.

What are my email address settings?
For Outlook, your settings are as follows for both a POP3 or IMAP protocol account:

Username: example@yourexampledomain.com
Password: whatever we e-mailed you or have set it to

Incoming mail server: mail.yourexampledomain.com
Outgoing mail server: mail.yourexampledomain.com

If you need to access your e-mail from a public location, use the webmail:
www.yourexampledomain.com/webmail

What kind of control panel is present on your hosting servers?
We run the latest version of WebHostManager with cPanel. To login, go to yourexampledomain.com/cpanel

You will need to verify your identity by calling us to receive a username and password to your own control panel.

Will I be able to create my own email address(es)?
Yes via the control panel. Simply login to your control panel to setup e-mails, forwarders, filters and other e-mail related features.
